Jewellers Co Network is a registered business name of Young Jewellers Group Pty Ltd.
These Terms of Use apply to Jewellers Co Trade Membership and access to trade-only areas of the Jewellers Co Supplier Network.
By applying for membership, creating an account or using trade-only areas of Jewellers Co Network, you agree to these Terms.
1. Trade Membership
Jewellers Co Trade Membership is intended for people and businesses genuinely involved in the jewellery industry.
Membership is currently free but is subject to application and approval.
Jewellers Co Network may approve or decline an application at its discretion, acting reasonably and in accordance with the purpose of maintaining a trade-only network.
2. Eligibility
Applicants must provide accurate information about their identity, business and involvement in the jewellery industry.
Jewellers Co Network may request additional information where reasonably required to verify eligibility.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in an application being rejected or an existing membership being suspended or terminated.
3. Account security
Members are responsible for:
- keeping login credentials confidential
- using a secure password
- preventing unauthorised access to their account
- notifying Jewellers Co Network if they believe their account has been compromised
Members must not share their account with people who are not approved Trade Members.
4. Trade-only information
Certain Supplier Network information is restricted to approved Trade Members.
Trade-only information may include:
- supplier contact details
- full business addresses
- catalogues
- detailed products and services
- member-only offers
- supplier documents
- direct enquiry options
- other information identified as trade-only
Members must not systematically copy, scrape, reproduce, republish or create competing databases using protected Supplier Network information.
5. Supplier information
Supplier information is provided by participating supplier businesses.
Jewellers Co Network may review or edit supplier content for formatting, clarity or compliance, but does not guarantee that all supplier information is complete, accurate or current.
Members are responsible for conducting their own enquiries before purchasing products, engaging services or entering into commercial arrangements with suppliers.
6. No endorsement or guarantee
A supplier’s inclusion in the Supplier Network, including Founding Supplier, Premium Supplier, Featured Supplier or other paid status, does not constitute a guarantee of:
- quality
- fitness for purpose
- financial standing
- reliability
- licensing
- regulatory compliance
- availability
- pricing
- performance
Jewellers Co Network does not guarantee that any supplier will meet a member’s particular requirements.
7. Commercial relationships
Jewellers Co Network may receive:
- supplier membership fees
- advertising revenue
- sponsorship fees
- referral commissions
- rebates
- event sponsorship
- other commercial benefits
Paid participation does not constitute an endorsement of the supplier.
8. Acceptable use
Members must not use Jewellers Co Network to:
- engage in unlawful, fraudulent or misleading conduct
- impersonate another person or business
- harvest supplier or member information for spam
- send unsolicited bulk marketing
- misuse confidential or trade-only information
- interfere with the website or platform
- attempt to bypass security or access controls
- attempt to access another member’s account
- access administrative systems without authorisation
- upload malware or harmful code
- scrape or reproduce Supplier Network data at scale
- use the platform in a way that may materially harm Jewellers Co Network, its suppliers or its members
9. Supplier contact and transactions
Any transaction, agreement or dispute between a member and a supplier is between those parties.
Jewellers Co Network is not a party to transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.
Members and suppliers are responsible for agreeing their own:
- pricing
- payment terms
- warranties
- delivery
- refunds
- contractual obligations
- regulatory obligations
10. Membership suspension or termination
Jewellers Co Network may suspend or terminate access where a member:
- breaches these Terms
- provides false or misleading information
- misuses protected trade information
- engages in unlawful conduct
- abuses other members or suppliers
- attempts to compromise the security of the platform
- otherwise engages in conduct reasonably considered harmful to the network
Where appropriate, Jewellers Co Network may investigate an issue before taking action.
11. Changes to membership and services
Jewellers Co Network may add, modify or remove:
- membership features
- access arrangements
- Supplier Network features
- categories
- member benefits
- search functionality
- events
- resources
- Buyers Club features
- other services
Free Trade Membership may remain free or may be supplemented by optional paid membership tiers in the future.
Existing members will be notified of material changes where appropriate.
12. Intellectual property
The Jewellers Co name, Jewellers Co Network name, logos, website design, written content, databases and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Young Jewellers Group Pty Ltd.
Members must not reproduce or commercially exploit Jewellers Co Network intellectual property without written permission.
Supplier trademarks, logos and content remain the property of the relevant suppliers.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Jewellers Co Network Privacy Policy.
14. Availability
Jewellers Co Network may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- maintenance
- technical faults
- upgrades
- security issues
- circumstances beyond our control
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Jewellers Co Network and Young Jewellers Group Pty Ltd are not responsible for losses arising from:
- transactions between members and suppliers
- supplier products or services
- reliance on supplier information
- third-party websites
- unauthorised account use
- interruptions to the service
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be published on the Jewellers Co Network website.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
