Jewellers Co Network is a registered business name of Young Jewellers Group Pty Ltd (“Jewellers Co”, “Jewellers Co Network”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
We respect the privacy of our members, suppliers and website users and are committed to handling personal information responsibly.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information including:
- your full name
- business name
- email address
- phone number
- city, state and country
- your role within the jewellery industry
- ABN, where provided
- website and social media details
- whether you are a member of the Jewellers Co Facebook group
- information about how you are involved in the jewellery industry
- Supplier Network application and profile information
- account and membership status information
- communications you send to us
- information required to operate and secure your account
We may also collect technical information relating to your use of the website, including login activity, browser/device information, IP address and other information reasonably required to operate, secure and improve the platform.

- assess Trade Membership applications
- verify eligibility for trade-only access
- create and manage member accounts
- operate the Jewellers Co Supplier Network
- manage supplier memberships and profiles
- communicate with members and suppliers
- provide information about Jewellers Co Network services, events, resources and initiatives
- administer events, advertising, promotions or other services
- maintain the security and integrity of the platform
- investigate misuse or suspected breaches of our terms
- improve our services and understand how the platform is used

3. Trade Membership information
Information submitted as part of a Trade Membership application is used to assess eligibility and administer membership.
Trade Member names, email addresses, phone numbers, business information and application details are not displayed publicly unless the member separately consents to that information being published through another Jewellers Co Network feature or service.
Membership applications may be approved, rejected, suspended or otherwise reviewed by authorised Jewellers Co Network administrators.
4. Supplier information
Suppliers may provide business information for publication within the Jewellers Co Supplier Network.
Public users may see limited supplier information such as:
- supplier name
- logo
- primary category
- general location
- Founding Supplier or other supplier status
- short business description
More detailed supplier information may only be available to approved Trade Members, including:
- contact names
- email addresses
- phone numbers
- full business addresses
- websites and social links
- products and services
- brands carried
- service areas
- galleries
- catalogues and downloads
- member offers
- direct enquiry options
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate and authorised for publication.
5. Disclosure of information
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or third parties.
We may disclose information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Jewellers Co Network, including providers of:
- website hosting
- cloud infrastructure
- authentication
- email delivery
- payment processing
- analytics
- data storage
- customer support
- security services
These providers may only receive information reasonably necessary for them to perform their services.

6. Commercial relationships

We may need to verify your identity before providing access or making changes.
